ADHD Peer Support Group Lochaber is a peer support group operating in the Fort William area.
They now appear on our Local Groups page.
This is what they say about themselves:
A friendly and informal peer-support group for adults with ADHD (18+), and for those who think they might have it – with or without a diagnosis. We meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. Latecomers welcome – we get it, we also have ADHD 😉
