We’re pleased to have added ADHD Adventures, based in Aberdeenshire, to our map of local community-run ADHD groups. We now have 20 listed groups, supporting young and adult ADHDers, as well as their families, across Scotland.
This is what ADHD Adventures say about themselves:

Whether it’s through support groups, shared activities, or simply being there to listen, we help families connect, share experiences, and feel less alone.”
