We will be running the ADDImpact course for adults diagnosed with ADHD again on 6 Thursdays from 2nd May – 6th June 2019. All you need is a laptop or tablet/IPad with a camera and microphone and you can join from anywhere.
There will be two groups – one running each Thursday afternoon from 1.30 – 2.30pm and one running each Thursday evening from 7 – 8pm. It’s ideal if you can attend all 6 sessions.
The purpose of ADDImpact is to enable adults with ADHD to meet others with the same condition, share and exchange strategies and tips and learn more about ADHD in a safe, confidential, structured environment.
People who took part in the last ADDImpact online course said:
“I enjoyed being able to get together in a small group and sharing our experiences and thoughts together. Marianne who led the group was fantastic. She was a good group host and she was very well organised, I liked how she sent emails to me as reminders before the group day so I would be reminded of the group session coming up.”
- “I was happy with the on-line format. I have disabilities which make it difficult to travel on my own. I also live quite rurally but this format allowed me to take part and I am sure there are others like myself.”
- (The best thing was) “Hearing how others ‘feel’ about their diagnosis and where they are on their journey, and where possible pass on my strategies and hear theirs.”
There are very limited places on this course (7 per group) so book yours today by clicking on one of the buttons at the bottom of this page.
